Hopes & Dreams Childcare Group, located in the Isle of Man, is a family owned and operated childcare company that has been providing care to young children since 1999. After expanding their business from one to six locations, Hopes & Dreams recognised that managing family enquiries with pen, paper, and spreadsheets was not effective and caused opportunities to fall through the cracks. 

Hopes & Dreams knew it was time to embrace technology and find CRM software that could help them follow up on new enquiries fast, use data to drive business decisions, and centralise family information in one place. Hopes & Dreams is a childcare provider that values strong relationships between family and centre. Improving Communications with Workflow Automation 

Hopes & Dreams was also looking for a solution to help them follow up with enquiries quickly. ChildcareCRM’s workflow automation feature is a collection of pre-scheduled emails and text messages that are triggered by a family’s action, like sending an enquiry, booking a viewing, completing a viewing, and more.
